Key project audits include those of FINNIDA, AMREF, USAID, UNDP, EEC, World Bank, CARE, ACCORD Somalia, Action Aid and other international organizations in Kenya and Somalia.

Extensive audit and accounting experience. Specialization in corporate planning, audit of banks and other related financial services institutions gained from over eight (8) years of service as a supervisor and financial analyst in the Central Bank of Kenya. Also skilled liquidation and receivership matters having served as a Liquidation Agent in Kenya for two (2) years with the Deposit Protection Fund Board.
Practical involvement in computerization of accounting systems.
Practical experience in Human Resource matters gained from over two (2) years of service as a Deputy Director Personnel Services in the Central Bank of Kenya.
Hands on experience in Corporate Executive Management gained from being CEO of ICDC, Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd and Uchumi Supermarkets, and sitting in the boards of directors of various corporate entities- CMC Holdings, Rift Valley Bottlers, Higher Loans Education Loans Board (HELB) and Kenya Anti Corruption Advisory Board among others.

He has extensive experience in securities Registration, corporate Finance, Accounting and Risk Management gained over the last eight years of practice
He played a major role during KenGen, Eveready and Safaricom Initial Public Offerings.
Mr. Kibet also led the firm in the successful handling of the KenGen Public Bond Offer and the recently concluded TPS Serena Rights Issue.
Prior to joining Image Registrars, Mr. Kibet previously worked for Uchumi Supermarkets and Wilkan Investments Limited.
He has a wide experience in elections and poll management, and has facilitated corporate polls for listed and non-listed companies during Annual General Meetings. He also served the country’s electoral Commission in past assignments.
Undertaken marketing feasibility & Operational roll out studies particularly for retail and distribution chains, Business planning, managing operational effectiveness, strategy implementation, Business Risk Analysis and Project Management.
